Similarly, the dynamic team of Mr. Palouki Massina (DG of the Agency for Regulation of Telecommunications and Posts Togo) has chosen to install Tactikom ictNetSim in order to validate the tariff bids for 2011.
The operators concerned were: MOOV, TogoTelecom and Togocel.
Moov provided ART & P expected data and calculations performed with ictNetSim allowed the Agency to have a good reference for its tariff arbitrage. The fact that two of the three operators have not really participated in the project did not allow ART & P to introduce asymmetric interconnection rates. This will probably be done after next year calculations.
