Chad Office of Telecommunications Regulation (OTRT) has recently signed a contract with Tactikom with essentially the acquisition of a license 'ictNetSim-LT' and a one-week course open to operators officiating Chad. That “tool handling” training will be held in NDAMENA. With that, the team of Mr. Idriss Saleh Bachar , DG OTRT, has the means to consolidate further the bases for the successful implementation of its missions including:

1.      tariff control for all services, both retail and wholesale prices (OnNet, transits, interconnection [in and out], distribution [in and out], termination [in and out]);

2.      approval of tariff bids and detection of possible anti-competitive practices;

3.      monitoring the viability of the market actors;

4.      Simulation of universal service policies.

Tactikom will provide support, if necessary, to OTRT to initialize the calculations with all players in Chad telecommunications market and thus improve the practical training of professionals.
