AREAS OF TACTIKOM
Many international, regional and national (governmental and
non-governmental) organizations, strive to develop strategies to encourage or
facilitate the emergence of an information society inclusive and useful to the
mankind.
As usual, there is a wide gap between, on the one hand, the intentions
declined as general and comprehensive strategies and other initiatives and, in
the other hand, concrete actions on the ground. The pace with which changes
occur in this sector is such that the decision making of leaders, whether in
private companies or in government agencies, seems risky and uncertain because
of the inadequacy or lack of factual and objective information.
